Legal Shield: Multilevel Marketing for Legal Services

Legal Shield: Multilevel Marketing for Legal Services

The Legal Shield Company has been through many phases since its intimal startup in 1972. The original name of the company was the “Sportsman’s Motor Club”. This name however did not stick, and was thus changed four years later to Pre-Paid Legal Services. Over the first twenty years of the company they acted as a service to their consumers for all types of legal services, ranging from identify thief, and protection plans. These services were all available from Canada and the United States. These plans were generally applied to companies that were thus distributed to the employees. After some time, the company decided to take a different turn as to how their business model was structured, and multilevel marketing was applied.

Multilevel Marketing Business Model for the Legal Shield Company

From the traditional business model, in 2011 the company was sold out to a private investor and the name was thus changed to “Legal Shield”. To beef up the business several things changed in the business model. One of the main functions was to apply mlm to the Structure. With the original structure, they sold legal plans to employees and companies to offer. Since these plans were not kept the full term, the mlm was applied to expand the consumer base. This was done for the quantity or quality effect.

Multilevel marketing allows for associates to gain a monetary compensation for all the plans that are sold. They are also geared to bring more suppliers onboard under them to also sell. When and if the associate under the original associate makes a sell, the above associate makes a percentage. This builds a funnel and allows for the monetary gain to multiply. With this business plan in affect, it was thus applied to the Legal Shield business.

The multilevel marketing model was a big band for the business. The original business model was generating money, but with mlm in place the Legal Service Company tripled in clients over a three year period. The associates that are attached to the company were gave a solid compensation plan that allows for them to upsell, as well as secure their own associates into their pipeline. This new business model opened the company up to generate more capital and investors to further expand the original company.

Legal Shield: The Effects of Multilevel Marketing

The original product was only backed by a few lawyers and their legal expertise. Although it was used by many employers, it still did not have the backing from the vast majority of legal expertise that was needed to expand the product. After the merge to the mlm model, the partners that is attached to the company was multiplied. It has a backing of over 7,000 attorneys and over 480,000 independent sales associates that are continued to be advocates for the company as a whole. With these new numbers, the company has attained millions of dollars in revenue. With the associates that drive the company through mlm, they stand to make a six figure income if the formula of mlm is applied correctly.

Associate Training leads to more Success

When you sign up to be an associate for Legal Shield, they do not throw you to the fence to fend for yourself. They make a lot of profit, only if the associate makes a profit. To ensure that each associate is well versed in the company, they offer many training courses in their training system that helps each associate know their product and their clients list. With these training sessions, the average associate can make a suitable living, only making the mlm business a complete success for the associates and the company as a whole.

MULTI LEVEL MARKETING THROUGH HERBALIFE

MULTI LEVEL MARKETING THROUGH HERBALIFE

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy or network marketing strategy is one in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit. This recruited sales force is known as the participant’s “downline”, and can provide multiple levels of compensation.
Other terms used for MLM include pyramid selling and referral marketing. All MLMS are a type of direct selling. Here, the salespeople are expected to sell products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing. MLM salespeople not only sell the company’s products but also encourage others to join the company as a distributor. Criticism has focused on their similarity to illegal pyramid schemes, price fixing of products, high initial entry costs, emphasis on recruitment of others over actual sales, encouraging if not requiring members to purchase and use the company’s products, exploitation of personal relationships as both sales and recruiting targets, complex
and exaggerated compensation schemes, the company and/or leading distributors making major money off training events and materials, and cult-like techniques which some grou
ps use to enhance their members’ enthusiasm and devotion.
Here, the discussion is about one of the popular MLM Company HERBALIFE. Mona Vie

Mona Vie

Mona Vie have you heard of this fruit juice that promises to heal your aches and pains and the energy drinks to revitalize your life. Well that may not happen for much longer. Once they did have a nice line of products and well on their way to 1 billion in sales but as of May 2015 The Salt Lake Tribune reported that they are about to foreclosure on a bank note of about 182 million dollars.

Now, I have some personal insight because my wife once worked at the company. She would tell me that due to problems and rumors she heard which was over 2 years ago that the company would not last much longer. There overpriced acai juice made investors and top earners a lot of money but for the consumer and misled associates this product could not stand the test of time. Why normal that is how supplement companies work. They ride a wave of money making until their advertising is over run with truth.
Let me share with you a way that you can make residual income and improve your client’s bottom line all the while improving your financial situation.
Check out this video my business partner Brad put up for you:

Now that you have seen a different way than MLM. Realize that your income is truly unlimited. You can make money in many ways and at the end of the day you will be happy to know that your clients wanted your services.
Lead generation is a great way to make money for yourself and others. Do not be like mona vie and need to jump to another MLM because they one you are in is not working or in some cases foreclosing. If you type in monavie.com you will be redirected to some other named company which may be a part of their strategy to go through bankruptcy and try to solve their financial woes. Would it not be important to a brand to keep everything the same for the customers to continue believing in the product, or maybe they are now rebranding and trying to sell some other potion or lotion to help increase your health and wealth.
Remember Utah is the Mecca of networking marketing but companies come and go. The real money is formulating the product and making your own MLM, ok enough rambling it is decision time for you. In my opinion the real Acai stuff is worth the travel to Brazil, instead of paying for the overpriced watered down version of this great drink and also have the unfulfilled promises. That have seemed to fold under the pressure and not able to repay their debt. It could just be faulty business practice, and now they will change their name and keep on selling . You be the judge but I would not recommend this company for what I know about it.
If you are still reading this it is time you check out the job killing way and get rid of your Just Over Broke (JOB) status and learn a great way to improve your financial status and own a reputable business or use it in your own business. There are many people in
the job killing group that just promote their own business and are greatly improving their bottom line.

Tupperware and the Success of Multi Level Marketing

Tupperware and the Success of Multi Level Marketing

Multi Level Marketing (MLM) works on the premise that each level of marketing is its own profit head and that each level is equal with regards to the access to marketing materials and products. Unlike in a traditional marketing structure where sales are made through specifically structured channels like retail and wholesale, and where the profit margins differ as do the sale prices, MLM empowers every channel with the same set of tools to make the sale. One only has to look at the success of Tupperware to understand the effectiveness of this system.
Tupperware is the household name of a product line that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes the range of products meant for kitchen and home. What many people do not know is that Tupperware is also the pioneer of MLM and direct marketing strategies that were made famous by the Tupperware parties in the 1950s. The marketing strategies were initially designed to rope in women as marketing and sales agents post World War II where they could earn money in their free time. The parties allowed women to gather in social surroundings and discuss Tupperware with family and friends. This form of marketing continues till today, though parties are also now held at places of work, schools and community groups.
As other multi level marketers, Tupperware also works through direct selling where sales people earn money by selling the products themselves as well as through commissions that they earn for recruiting other salespeople and through the sales of their products. This tiered commission based system has seen many Tupperware direct marketers beco
me millionaires. An effective multi level marketing programme works through training
and support of the recruits, also called the “downline” in marketing terms. The possibility of real profits for MLM marketers come through the sales accomplished by these recruits in terms of commissions. Tupperware has mastered this system of training for its representatives so that they can all contribute to the sales, and eventually profit themselves and the company.
So many other MLM’s have taken noticed and learned from Tupperware, such as World Ventures. Take all these of these MLM reviews for example at sculpturedecor.com, most of them will tell you they do follow the exact methodology as Tupperware….
What started as an exercise at empowering women in the workforce has seen many men also drawn to it. The possibility of flexible timings, not reporting to a rigid structure and working from practically anywhere are cited as attractive features by Tupperware consultants to participate in the MLM process. The fact that earnings can be grown by smart strategizing between selling oneself and through the downline is the real incentive.

Mary Kay And Its MLM Success

Mary Kay And Its MLM Success

Multi Level Marketing is the system of marketing that allows for direct access to the end-customer without the multi-stage distribution system that conventional systems of marketing ensue. It should not be confused with direct selling because the latter involves bringing the products directly from manufacturer to the buyer, but MLM involves an intermediary who is a seller. These sellers are direct marketers who bring the products and services to the buyers directly. There are many free business enterprises that exist in the MLM segment and Mary Kay Cosmetics is one of the most successful in this segment.
Mary Kay is a cosmetics giant whose annual sales are upwards of USD 4 Billion. What’s interesting about Mary Kay’s model is that it hires only women as its recruiters and sellers since its target base is mostly women too. Mary Kay beauty consultants create a downline by recruiting more consultants and each consultant starts with a $100 beauty kit through which they approach new customers. Since the beauty consultant s are women, the Mary Kay model of multi level marketing takes advantage of social environments like parties and get-togethers to make sales. One of the pioneers in providing homemakers e
mployment and a sense of personal worth, the company has won various awards in the social fields too.
The MLM strategy has been successfully employed by Mary Kay consultants to improve the product sales over the years. Since its inception in 1963, Mary Kay has become a household name in many countries of the world. Its instantly recognizable pink cars, which are offered as rewards to consultants who have achieved exemplary results, work as a huge incentive for newer recruits. With an expert team of dermatologists, make-up artists and beauty therapists on its advisory panels, Mary Kay has successfully launched various skin care products that are popular across the world.

Arbonne Reviews vs Mary Kay Reviews

The great aspect of Mary Kay is that so many others, such as these MLM reviews on this site at http://www.sculpturedecor.com/, specifically state that they follow the methodology of direct marketing as Mary Kay does.
In fact, there are quite a few MLM’s that offer the same type of products as Mary Kay offers. They both have top of the line products, however, some work for people and some don’t.
One of the major success factors for Mary Kay has been its belief in the multi level marketing method. Its consultant programme works as a buddy system where the new recruits are mentored by the older consultants and they earn and provide mentoring to their downline in return. Each consultant not just earns commission from every sale that she makes, but also earns a percentage of the sales made by her downline. Being in direct touch with the customers allows each consultant to be sensitive to the changing demands of the customers too.
Multi level Marketing is therefore a win-win situation for both the company as well as the consultants.
Enjoy Your Day,
The Dough Crew

Can You Really Make Money With MLMS?

Make Money With MLMS

Well, that is the question many have had for decades now. We are here to let you know, yes, one can make money with any MLM.

However, it is a very hard task to do!

First of all, let’s start with the product or service of the MLM that you are wanting to join and make money with. My advice is to research the products or services they provide. Make sure this is a product in which the people will need for years to come.

Secondly, I would suggest to use the products yourself first. And I mean all the products so that you can testify for yourself and be honest with what you are telling others about the product.

Thirdly, I would take all the sales courses possible. I would also read as many books on mindset as possible, daily! Listen to audible books in your car on mindset and goal setting.

Fourth, be consistent.

Fifth, be consistent.

Sixth, did I mention being consistent!

MLMS

Every MLM that we have been a part of tells you to make that ‘warm list’. You know the one I’m talking about. The list with all your family members, even the ones you haven’t spoken to in years…lol. The list of friends that will buy from you just to help out (that is if you haven’t burnt them out yet with all the other MLMS you’ve been in…lol). And then there is the list of neighbors, people in Target waiting in line with you, that waitress you just ordered dinner from, oh and how about ANY human being that will listen to you!

Okay, you get the point. I would also hit the internet. If you’re savvy with the computer, hit up people with a blog such as this or email, Twitter, Instagram, bla bla bla…

There are several ways to hit people up with the product/services you are trying to sell. Go to swap meets in your area, that’s actually a cheap place to go and rent a space from. Hundreds of people to hit up there.

Another way would be mailings. Cheap postcards with your info on them. You’d be surprised how many people actually read those postcards.

And then there are those home meetings where you get people to go to a ‘free’ dinner and then put on the meeting yourself!

Alrighty, point being never give up, stay consistent and always being doing some kind of reading on positive mindset.

Hope you got something outta this! Talk with you soon…
